Any request must be sent directly to our office in Bali in Indonesia, which manages each project completely. You will have a direct and unique contact throughout the project that will be in charge of the communication with you and the suppliers. You can then view our products catalogs with over 50,000 references and continuously updated.
If it is a specific bespoke product development, to give you an answer as quick and accurate as possible, please send us: plans, pictures, samples, technical specifications, estimated annual quantities… Usually, we will get back to you with a firm proposal within 2 weeks after your detailed request. Meanwhile, we will of course communicate by e-mail, videoconference or telephone in order to discuss on the feasibility of your project and its specifications.

ASEAN SOURCING is committed in keeping confidential all information provided by the customer (plans, products, price…). The sources selected by ASEAN SOURCING  are also confidential. If you wish to know the manufacturers, we take care of organizing your visit, within the framework of a written legal agreement to entrust to ASEAN SOURCING the exclusivity of your relationships with these sources for a given period. Regarding standard products on your market, we study on a case-by-case basis, based on the annual quantities on which you engage, the possibility to conclude an exclusivity agreement to supply the products to your company.

ASEAN SOURCING decided to focus its expertise and attention on Indonesia because of its excellent cultural, geographical and economic knowledge of the country. We have more partners in other countries (China, Thailand, Malaysia, Viet Nam…) that we can work with if we consider it necessary or if our customers require it.

There is no minimum order. It all depends on the value of transported goods. One of the factories unit is the container. To comply with this unit has several advantages: the loading plan is validated and optimized between ASEAN SOURCING and its customer. The container is delivered directly to your door which shortens the delivery time (it takes about 5 additional days if using LCL shipment). Lastly, this allows to optimize transport costs with a direct impact on your costs of purchase (LCL shipment is almost twice more expensive). However, ASEAN SOURCING considers each case according to the customer requirements: the full container is not an absolute rule.

Most of our customers want us to manage the entire project on their behalf (suppliers research, sampling, custom-made product development, manufacturing, quality control inspections in indonesia, transport and logistics,etc). In this case, ASEAN SOURCING includes in its proposal a competitive commission, on the total value of the goods, remunerating its services. Therefore, you only pay a single entity that is responsible to manage the various stages (production, shipping,etc), excluding any possible tooling costs (molds). Thus you do not pay anything before really placing the first series order.

The payment terms of the manufacturing units in Indonesia and Asia are very different from those sometimes practiced in the Western countries. ASEAN SOURCING is a company specialized in sourcing & procurement in Indonesia, in Java and Bali in particular, and is not intended to act as a bank. Thus, the payment terms negotiated with our qualified suppliers are similar to the ones practiced with our customers. The standard payment terms are the following ones: payment of a deposit of 30 to 50% with the order, and the balance when the products are delivered to the cargo. However, in order to take into account the financial situation of our customers, we study on a case-by-case basis the possibility of mobilizing the suitable financial instruments (Letter of Credit at sight, Cash Against Documents…).
